lower left has 12 Nic Tengg or 12 Nictengg??  which I am guessing is the photographer - although this card is not a photo

On the lower right is a carriage with what I believe to be a cameraman with a camera on a tripod, as you can see skinny little legs in front of the man with a white shirt.  to the right of the tall building is a shorter building which has ELLIOTTS FLATS - ROOMS and _____NDY CARRIAGE CO beneath it.  I wouldn't think that there are too many postcards showing this.
