New York - Postal Card / Reply Card / Postal History postcard
mailed from Watertown, NY to Forestville, NY - neither of which shows the year date but it is written as 1882 on the back with what might be considered a partial fancy cancel killer (see image) on US Postal Card - UX4 PC2, I believe - with Liberty as the image. This card has NOTHING BUT THE ADDRESS CAN BE PLACED ON THIS SIDE. Our C17118 is of the same card but has WRITE THE ADDRESS ON THIS SIDE - THE MESSAGE ON THE OTHER, in case you want to see the difference.
This is a pre-printed correspondence card from the Watertown Spring Wagon Co.
Please note that the majority of the cards are over 50 years old and as such, are sold AS IS. Tears will be noted but it would be too timely to note each fault on every card. If condition is important to you - contact us with our number in the title & what it is that you would like to know or what it is that you would like pictured more closely.
· Again, because of the age of the cards - they are noted as being USED - no matter if they are written on or not.
