• back:  Trinity Building is located at 111 Broadway south of Trinity Church.  It is a magnificent modern office building of pure Gothic Architecture rising up a height of 308 feet, and resting on 70 pneumatic caissons, each one sunk 75 feet below the sidewalk.  The United Realty Building just north, is connected by a bridge near the top of the building.

• In checking this building out - I found that the architect was Francis Kimball and that it was built 1904-1907.  The other article depicted that it was 281' tall and that 80' caissons were sunk into the marshy subsoil and that it was erected on the spot where the first office building in NY was.
