  • Mailed 1912
  • Back:  Lincoln is the second largest city in the state, 55 miles southwest of Omaha.  It is the seat of the State University, Normal School and many other colleges and institutions.  Population about 50,000.
  • Note to Miss Grace Sexton:  Mrs Rob? Bromly (or Bromley?) died a few days ago.  _utland report says she hung herself on the bedpost.  Her brother told Wade Tues at Town meeting that she committed suicide and they told me over the phone from W Dorset that that was the way she done it.  Geo and I are invited to Dorset? Friday night to a grange supper at the hall, but cant go.  We are going to _____ tonight.  Jen. Bradley and Frank Brewster are married.  Chas Hosley and Mrs Hen Long (or Yong?) are also married
  • Please note that the majority of the cards are over 50 years old and as such, are sold AS IS. Tears will be noted but it would be too timely to note each fault on every card. If condition is important to you - contact us with our number in the title & what it is that you would like to know or what it is that you would like pictured more closely.
  • Because of the age of the cards - they are noted as being USED - no matter if they are written on or not.
