Mailed from Lower ____ Norwich in 1913 - cancel is pretty clear but with the green stamp and not knowing ANYTHING about what the lettering could be, I won't hazard a guess / 

Title of the card is Hellesdon Mills nr Norwich and shows people sitting on the grass by the water that runs in front of the mill, I assume.  Note is to Lizzie Garner and states:  Hellesdon House Many thanks for your kind letter.  This is the proud view of our house.  Dont you think it every very nice.  There has been quite a number of people on the river already, and it looks very inviting on a nice day.  Love to all Winifred
