• Face:  On the route of the lower Ideal Automobile Tour facing Wanacapusac Mountains where the old Whipple Stage Tavern was built at the close of the revolutionary war by Andrew Whipple on his soldiers land grant.  The Inn remains for the fifth generation of the Whipple family.  The barn in which the tea is served is over 150 years old.  Five miles west of Williams College and n the Mohawk Trail between Troy, NY and No Adams, Mass / Luncheons / Afternoon Tea / Dinners upon order / Ye olde Whipple Tea Barn / North Pownal VT / Genevieve Lola Whipple Gulden
