mailed in 1907 - with what I believe to be an RPO postmark cancel of NEWP and SPRING - TR 32

beside the people, there are bikes, lady standing off with a baby carriage and under an umbrella, an engine with the scoop fairly clear among other things, a water fountain with a bare butted little kid statue on the top etc

Please note that the majority of the cards are over 50 years old and as such, are sold AS IS. Tears will be noted but it would be too timely to note each fault on every card.
