back dated 1906 references the November meeting of the Valley District Dental Society will be held at the Cooley Hotel, Springfield, Monday, Nov 19, at 5:30pm.  Paper of the evening by Dr F E Hopkins, of Springfield, entitled DISEASES OF THE ACCESSORY SINUSES.  Dr Hopkins is a well known specialist and will give us an interesting paper.  Proposed for membership, Dr H B Adams of Springfield.  Please come promptly at 5:30.  C Wesley Hale, Secretary
