Shows a fleet of ships going towards Tripoli with a beautiful angel lady flying above with her arm outstretched holding a sword/dagger and the other holding the flag as if leading the attack.  There has been hand coloring to the card as her cape is a blood red and flag and bodice area blue/gray.  She is also wearing a crown.  To the left is Tripoli / Bengasi / Tripolitania
