• Not sure if this was a man (Richard) who was cross dressing in woman's clothes, or if it is actually a woman.  She/He seems to be wearing peasant type clothing.  Check out the headdress.  
• Hand written is:  A quand le plaisir de a voir Bons Baisers - Antoinne
