not posted but it is written on and hand dated July 2, 1917 - Note states:  THE WONDERFUL TOWN OF ANSONIA ACTUALLY 25 PEOPLE LIVE HERE.  SOME TOWN.

I FOUND OUT THAT:  ANSONIA IS A VILLAGE UNINCORPORATED -  IN SHIPPEN TOWNSHIP, TIOGA CTY, ON RT 6, NEAR JCT W/PA 362 BETWEEN GALETON AND WELLSBORO - SHIPPON TOWNSHIP HAD 527 PEOPLE IN 2010 CENSUS
