shows people milling around / Paddock Pavilion admission tickets 25 cents / to the right on the tent there is:  BEHLENs? Candy Kitchen / off to the left, behind a white tarp appears to be an inflated Hot Air Balloon / Exhibition Building No 1, I believe on the wooden building that is visually beyond the US flag
