Purple marbleized background with a large 1910 in gold along with some 4 leaf clovers with words:  Wishing you a happy New Year

I am not familiar with the logo for the publisher - but it looks like a bird or eagle with its wings outstretched with ___ & Co on the wings - along with an L underneath it
