REAL PHOTO postcard of a young child or baby

• not posted but stamp box normally dates 1904 to 1918
• shows a clear picture of a baby stroller, carriage, buggy.  The baby is chubby cheeked and is strapped in.  What is a little different in this photo is that there is a small baby doll (porcelain?) in the carriage with the kid.  The more that i look at the image, I don't see any wheels.  Could be it was more of a sleigh??  Check out the handle on the item, as it is different
