• back:  5 minutes by automobile from the downtown business district is Kansas Citys Municipal Airport with the fine terminal building pictured.  3 Airlines, Transcontinental and Western Air, Inc, Mid Continent Airlines and Braniff Airways have 54 schedules in and out of Kansas City daily - 27 arrivals and 27 departures
