• back:  The Sioux are one of the most dominant of all the Indian tribes and their resistance to the encroachment of the white race made many pages in our country's history dealing with their famous battles.  All Indians pride themselves on their fine costumes of wild animal hides ornamented with eagle feathers, bear claws, elk teeth, shells and beads.
• front:  On Union Pacific Railroad - Iron Hail known as Dewey Beard Survivor of the Wounded Knee Indian Battle.
