mailed 1908 with a Rock Island Flag killer strike with a 2 in the wavy lines

shows a couple of large lions statues framing the couple tiered water fountain 

You can see a sign thru the trees on the left that has BUS & EXPRESS LINE - SPENCER & TRE___??
