back: Frst Congregational Church, organized in 1834, and second Presbyterian Church, organized in 1853, federated in 1937 following the fire which destroyed the first Congregational building in 1936
This is the same image as our B04269 but this card is unique in that printed under the information on the back of the card is depicted / Easter Services 1945 - First Federated Church / Palm Sunday at 11 - "What makes a city safe" sacrament of baptism for children / Maundy Thursday at 7:45 - Holy Communion 0 Baptism and Reception of New Members / Easter Sunday at 11:00 - "A philosophy of Life about Death" / There will be special music at all these services with the quartet, young ladies' choir, the junior choir, in high school singers.
