Hand dated 1913 but not addressed or mailed.

Stamp box has:  Two for Five Cents over the Place Stamp here, which must have been the cost of the postcard.

Has a statue or monument out in the middle of the street with the riders arm outstretched with a sword as if to CHARGE and an old convertible car (with spoked wheels) with several people in it too.
