Foreign postcard - Panama Canal

• mailed but year not clear
• Titled:  Chagres River, Source of Water Suppy of High Level Locks of the Panama Canal
• shows some men in a small boat as they are walking it along with poles.  What makes this postcard somewhat unique is the fact that there are 2 police, military men or just guards on the rivers edge, each have a gun on their backs and are wearing some type of white hard hat
• Please note that the majority of the cards are over 50 years old and as such, are sold AS IS.
