  • mailed with a green 50 CTS Correo Aereo  Mexico stamp - Chiapas Arqueologia - cancel has TRANSP DES_____ MEXICO in 1953
  • Over the church it reads:  NON FECH TALITER OMNI NATIONI
  • the title:  632 Basilica de Guadalupe, Mex D F
  • believe that there is rubble in the street and off to the left appears to be vendors.  The building to the right has the following on the building:  PROPAGAGION GUADALUPANA - DEDECONDESES? - LA VOZ GUADALUPANA / OFICINA GUADALUPANA / CEREFRIA?
  • Note:  I don't know where to begin telling you about this wonderful trip.  We went to see this Cathedral this morning and I think it is the most horrible, Unchristian sight I have ever seen.  I wish you were sharing this grand experience with us.  I want to tell you all about it later.
