Japanese Reply type Japanese Carte Postale that has writing symbols which of course I have no idea as to what is printed.  There is a green 2 SN printed stamp with Empire du Japon on it.  A couple of postmark cancels - both of which you can see the date 1894 - one that has Meiji - 27 - Tokio Japan 

The note has:  Koriyama City, Owashiro, Japan April 26th 1894 and mentions the newspaper Oriental News
