• back:  28 passenger and mail planes arrive and depart daily from Candler Field, Atlantas municipal airport, which is the terminal of 5 trunk air lines radiating in all directions.  Here are great shops, hangers, radio beacons, the Weather Bureau and all the equipment that goes to make a great modern airport.
