NEBRASKA postcard - Gothenburg, NE - Nebraska

  • ME Church or Methodist Church, I presume
  • by S D Butcher and Son - not sure if the photo is No 12 or if the 12 is on a sign
  • There is a young lad in the picture with his hands on his hips as if posing.  Am guessing that this could possibly be his son.
  • My research shows a Solomon D Butcher (Jan 24, 1856 to Mar 18, 1927) so the Real Photo Postcard would have definitely been taken before 1927.
  • There is a tear to the top edge that runs to the roof of the steeple - so sold AS IS
  • Please note that the majority of the cards are over 50 years old and as such, are sold AS IS. Tears will be noted but it would be too timely to note each fault on every card. If condition is important to you - contact us with our number in the title & what it is that you would like to know or what it is that you would like pictured more closely.
